We will ship with USPS or UPS.  Customer is responsible for shipping. Including shipping rates for returns unless otherwise indicated when a return request is submitted.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Reach out to Shipping Carriers for delivery questions. 

PLACING ORDERS: Once a order is placed, they cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure accuracy before checkout. Be aware of any shipping inaccuracy information to avoid additional charges for reshipment due to incorrect addresses. 

LOST/STOLEN OR MISSING PACKAGES: We are not liable for lost/stolen or missing packages. If the shipping carrier has CONFIRMED packages as delivered we can not issue a refund. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE CARRIER DIRECTLY REGARDING STOLEN/LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES. 

INCLEMENT WEATHER/HOLIDAYS- Delays may be caused by shipping carriers around holidays and inclement weather. We are not responsible. Please reach out directly to shipping carrier.
