Refund policy

Thank you for your support of our small Business. We understand a return may be necessary. We offer full refunds to your Debit/Credit card used at checkout. We will first inspect the item once you ship it to us and we receive it. Then, We will start a refund process. In addition processing can take up to an additional 10 business days depending on your bank. We can also do a store credit that would process immediately and it can be used to purchase a different item/size. 


We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return for items that are NOT damaged. After 5 days no refund is available. See specific policy for Damaged Items.

Damaged Item 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 2-days from when item is “ Delivered/Received”  to request a return. When requesting a return for damaged or wrong items PLEASE EMAIL IMAGES OF ITEM ALONG WITH REQUEST. (In subject line put full name and order number). No refund will be made after 2 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No Perfume, no makeup, deodorant or any kind of stains, and no pet hair. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will bot be accepted for refund.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND SHIPPING COST TO RETURN ITEMS ARE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, swimsuits, hats/hair accessories, jewelry, or custom products (such as personalized items if available). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on SALE items or any use of discounted codes due to inventory and availability of our collections. Those will be FINAL SALES. 

No returns on E-gift cards. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to Debit/Credit card used at checkout or store credit option. Please remember it can take some processing time. Some banks can take up to 10 days to process your refund.
